I realised I was running on empty, constantly busy, doing everything for everyone, but never truly looking after myself.


Like so many women, I was burnt out, stuck in unhelpful habits, and noticing changes in my body like weight gain, fatigue, and stress that just wouldn’t shift. I knew something had to change, but I didn’t know where to start.

That’s when I began my own journey of holistic wellbeing, learning how small, mindful shifts could create lasting balance.

Now, as the founder of Empower Through Wellness, I help women like you do the same. I am a qualified Naturopathic Health Coach who graduated at The college of Naturopathic Medicine and I am also a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.
